Bruce Scott – President & Founder
Bruce Scott started the original Scott Alarm in 1968.
As a former burglary detective, Bruce saw the need to bring a quality product, outstanding service and affordable security to homes and businesses.
Over the next twelve years the company grew to become the forth largest alarm service with offices throughout the United States, and having a customer base of over 400,000.
In 1996 Bruce Scott sold the company, but continued to operate as President for almost two years before retiring. The company was eventually resold and the Scott Alarm name and logo were abandoned over time along with the commitment that had once been delivered to their many loyal customers.
In July of 2004, with his “non-compete” agreement fulfilled, Bruce Scott secured the company name, redesigned the logo and introduced the new Scott Alarm – better than ever! Then he set out to assemble the best team in the industry.
Bryan Pope – Vice President
Bryan began his career in the security industry with Scott Alarm in 1993.
His travels & dedication over the last fifteen years have taken him and his career through all aspects of the home technology and security fields. In 2005, he returned to Scott Alarm as the Director of Operations and in 2007 became the Vice President of Sales. His knowledge and background in this industry is invaluable.
